On being alone

I am blessed with wonderful friends, who are living treasures to me.

And yet, I love being alone.

It’s where I am fully at peace.

I enjoy sunrises with coffee, when most of the world is asleep.

And I love sitting in gardens or a quiet walk by the sea.

Immersing myself in nature, always feels sacred to me.

And any time alone in the world is restorative for me.

I am replenished by the rare moments that only belong to me.

Solitude isn’t loneliness.

It’s reflective clarity.

And in the passing stillness, I align with the author of my life… and of course, that would be me.

A Reality Check

The most powerful tool you have isn’t money, connection, talent or luck ~ it’s the ability to imagine an incredible life for yourself.

You create your reality.

There’s nothing else in the mix.

Your brain comes with quantum technology that simulates any future you wish to create for yourself.

Neuroscience calls this practice, “episodic future thinking”.

Your brain can imagine scenarios that haven’t happened yet and does so with such precision that your body feels the emotions as if they have already happened.

When you feel emotional as you think of your future life, you’re not just randomly daydreaming ~ you’re literally rewiring your brain to believe it is possible.

And with consistency over time, you build the neural pathways that make it inevitable.

Your subconscious doesn’t distinguish between the future and the past, it only perceives your thoughts and emotions as your reality, whether imagined or not, and projects these primary pictures as your future reality.

When you repeatedly ‘visit’ your desired life, your brain starts gathering evidence of it, thereby creating alignment.

And when you dwell on your optimal future, your brain perceives it as true.

As you practice this technique, a better life simply starts coming to you.

You begin to randomly feel out of place in your current circumstance as you are no longer aligned with your physical life in the present.

And so, you walk into rooms differently.

You attract new experiences as evidence of your reality completely transitioning.

The future isn’t waiting for you.

It’s happening inside your head.

If you’re steadfast in imagining it, your reality has no choice, but to simply catch up with you!

Stardust

Perhaps the most elegant view in astrophysics today is that all the elements of our existence (earth, water, air, fire and plasma) originate in the stars.

It’s one of my favorite notions, in fact, I even attribute my own consciousness to the infinite stars in the sky.

And I wonder in my logical mind, how could this actually be?

All stars begin their lives fusing hydrogen into helium, a process that creates their light, and the longest phase of their lives.

Once a star runs out of hydrogen at its core, it contracts and temperatures rise high enough for helium to fuse into carbon.

In stars with enough mass (at least eight times the size of our sun) heavier elements are created, like neon, oxygen and silicon.

Over time, the star creates iron, deep within its core, which can lead to the star’s collapse and a super nova explosion that scatters their core enrichment throughout the universe.

In this way, the next generation of stars and planets are born, by way of these key ingredients scattered throughout the heavens.

And in turn, the planets receive the stuff to create life upon themselves.

Perhaps we truly are stardust.

Indeed, it’s a lovely notion.

Sacred Solitude

I currently find myself in a phase of sacred solitude, nestled within the natural world, far from human chaos.

This is where my life is pure, abundant and peaceful within.

I am fulfilled beyond compare with the joy of morning birdsong, the replenishing ocean breeze, the stillness of the natural world gently enveloping me, as the moon and the stars enlighten the night, and the clouds traverse the bright blue sky with the sun’s awakening.

This quiet state of being is a natural fit for me.

I love my little hermitage floating on the sea.

It’s peaceful on the water.

And life feels more aligned with the flow of every present moment as a glimpse of eternity.

Living life as a hermit is spiritual alchemy.

Transformation is easier in isolation, it seems.

Recalibrating my own consciousness beyond humanity is my unique contribution to our awakening.

Craving silence more than connection as sacred activity forms a chrysalis of divine energy that enhances our personal evolution and authenticity.

And once again, I emerge from within as the very best version of me.

The Lone Wolf Empath

… is a deeply sensitive soul.

They feel everything around them, yet choose to walk alone.

Solitude isn’t loneliness, but a peaceful place all their own ~ a sanctuary, where they are content, recharging, exploring and trusting in their own intuitive guidance ~ a sacred space where they are immersed organically in the divine.

Their empathy is a compass that shows who is real and who’s fake, so they know where they truly belong and trust in their knowingness.

Lone Wolf Empaths love deeply, yet choose to walk alone.

They’ve been through betrayal, heartbreak and emotional overload, yet they always choose compassion over bitterness and scorn.

They are the ones who heal others, while focused on healing themselves.

For they are the sacred embodiment of collective consciousness here… and they are nature itself.

They are the Warriors of the Light.

They are the Quiet Storm.

This is who I am in the world.

Are you one of us as well?

On being nobody at all.

The following is a tribute to Emily Dickinson ~

I am nobody.

Who are you?

Are you nobody too?

Is it better to be nobody?

When there are frequency shifts to achieve?

Perhaps we should make them in silence.

Alone.

And unseen.

To minimize any resistance & limitations here.

And be content with the glory of anonymity.

Perhaps it’s okay to be nobody.

The bravest, most brilliant nobody the world has ever not seen.

Look to the Stars

As I’ve awakened my consciousness during this present life, I’ve evolved away from looking to others for guidance and advice.

Now I look to nature for my wellbeing and peace. And when I want to transform my life, I look to the infinite stars.

We are divine beings, living on earth for a while, where five key elements are at play in the physical realm: earth, water, air, fire and ether (plasma).

Fire is the element that transforms on the physical plane, so I look to the fiery stars for any transformation (which can manifest into one’s desired reality in this realm).

In the beginning, I sent unwanted energies off to the stars, while clearing homes and land.

But now, when clearing properties, I simply bring the cosmos into the earth’s core via her portal of origination (the black hole projecting the hologram we perceive as her physical form) and create a vortex of fiery starlight traveling up through her many layers until it reaches her crust, then bursts brilliantly from the water (element), the earth (element), then into the air (element), expanding throughout the ether (element), where it travels at the speed of light, permeating and neutralizing everything in its path with the vibes of enlightenment.

This is how I am currently clearing any homes and land, along with any other techniques that would be beneficial.

This helps those in residence, by clearing the multi-dimensional layers of their energy fields with the fiery starlight that transforms ethereally.

When I clear energy fields, I find this technique works well.

So if you want to upgrade your life or take a quantum leap to a higher vibrational stratosphere, look to the stars for their light.

The stars will transform your energy field as fire transforms in the world.

With the stars you can upgrade your life to a much higher frequency. 💖

Carry Yourself in the Sacred Posture of Divine Presence on Earth

There’s a way of moving through life that is more than simple motion – it’s a conscious remembering and a return to who we truly are.

To carry yourself in the sacred posture of divine presence on Earth is not some kind of performance, but a way of living in harmony with the true nature of all that exists.

This posture isn’t rigid – it flows, adapts and transforms – allowing us to navigate life with grace and reverence.

As I gaze at the world around me, I’m filled with wonder and awe, and do my best to conduct myself in a way that is honorable.

When I carry myself in this way, I become a blessing of sorts — a lighthouse for those still searching and plotting their optimal course.

And when I forget, as humans do, I gently return to myself, again and again, I return to Being – and Sacred Presence on Earth.
